RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR RESERVATION ACCOMMODATION should advance 40% of the rental fee by bank transfer, credit card or cash in our office.
RIGHT OF OCCUPATION OF ACCOMMODATION begins arrival day from 17 h and ends the day of departure at 10am.
Key collection at our office located at 46A Avenue Riells L'Escala within office hours. We appreciate that fit this schedule. We recommend that you tell us the approximate time of arrival.
SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
9 to 13.00. - 16 to 20h.
ARRIVAL. They must pay the remaining amount of the accommodation price, the city tax, mandatory depositl, and which they have contracted extras.
DEPOSIT will be returned once supervised accommodation on the day of departure.
DEPARTURE. 9-10 h in the morning the day of departure, the come to visit to check the house. If our visit is not realized, we beg us to return the keys at 10am. in the morning. The customer will leave the house and furnishings in the same condition you found it upon arrival. If they are broken material or utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, for example) during your stay, we ask you replace it with one of equal or similar. If it is a most important element, it is necessary to inform the agency of the event.
FINAL CLEANING not included in the rental price. You must leave the property in the same state of order and cleanliness received him on arrival. You can hire the cleaning service (this service does not include garbage collection, or the placement or cleaning material and utensils).
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION normal consumption of water and electricity. (Electricity not included from October to May inclusive). Should the gas bottle runs out during your stay, you can go through a replacement at no charge. For safety, please close the key gas bottle. Avoid excessive use of water and electricity consumption and especially air conditioning or heating, if any.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION, bed linen, towels, cots, .. and other extras available on the characteristics of each property, if interested, please hire when booking.
TOURIST RATE for those over 16 years, per person per stay (maximun 7 nights).
BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing.
• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date will be penalized with 10% of the rental amount.
• If cancellation occurs with 8-30 days before the arrival date will be penalized with 20% of the rental amount.
• If cancellation occurs with less than 8 days before the arrival date will be penalized with 40% of the rental amount.
• In case of no show (NO SHOW), the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment. The Agency is committed to the efforts within its power to solve the problem or reduce it.
RENTAL CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE Payment of the booking by the client, means the total acceptance of these conditions of rental.
